coop's first birthday in Florida

so since i am a terrible blogger.... i'm going to post things here n there as i get to it so at least you can see some pictures...i just get overwhelmed and end up not posting because usually i just have soooo many pictures to choose from.

so this is in florida.....we had a wonderful week of vacation on the beach with family n friends.....here is cooper's birthday party. the pictures below are from his party and him eating cake!!!!

this is coop's personal birthday cake to destroy made by his mommy......i don't make cake very often so abbie helped me out..it's a funfetti cake with cream cheese icing and it was actually delicious!!!

a few firsts

next we decided to check out the grass. he didn't know what to make of it at first.....just kept pulling and playing with it and then of course tried to eat it.

so this is from a while back but we were so lucky to have grandma smith visit and stay with us for 2 weeks this was one of the days we went to mike's work to enjoy the swings

a visit to chicago

we had so much fun visiting chicago. cooper and i stayed with the stroms and had such a good time!!! thanks for having us....we miss you!!!

here we are hanging out in the front yard....the stroms live on a cauldesac so its so nice to watch the boys ride their bikes and play with other kids....coop enjoyed the grass.....he's really into texture and enjoyed trying to eat everything

cooper loved playing with the boys and caleb and jackson took such good care of coop

cooper and emmett were instant buddies....coop followed emmett around and they seemed to hang out with each other and pass toys and germs back and forth a lot :) coop on a regular basis would take emmett's pacifier and chew on it and then throw it on the ground

riding in the chariot....super cool!!!! again the boys held hands at times and cooper would steal emmett's pacifier
